Unlike most companies in this sector – who pay commission only – we pay a generous hourly basic rate. On top of which there are various commission, sales, and bonus rates.

We invest in our staff with both client and generalised training, as well as a rewards platform available to both our freelance and employed sales agents.

We work flexibly with all our agents, meaning you can be freelance or employed, work full or part time, or only at specific events local to you.

If you are willing to work hard, we ensure you receive well above-average reward. And you’ll always be working with interesting, engaging brands.

Here’s what some of our staff have to say about us:

“We get an industry-leading remuneration package with basic, commission, and bonuses. A very supportive work/life balance can be achieved. Juice & Jam is a high potential company – I network with many business owners and part of my role is to promote our concept to them and show the benefits we bring.”

Ray Lamb / Senior Field Sales Manager

“Juice & Jam’s culture is very laid back, although the job is definitely not for the shy! There’s pressure to achieve individual targets, but there are always incentives to reach these. The vision of the company is to take it to the next level – which means opportunities from ground level up are available. It’s an amazing learning curve, with great challenges.”

Mick Bailey / Field Sales Team Leader

“I like travelling to beautiful venues and seeing new parts of the UK. Working here is great for people that need flexibility and can still get enough days of work. The company has got exciting things ahead – it’s got great events and wicked staff! This a wonderful place to be.”

Courtney Dye / Field Sales Agent

“You get to work all over the country and get to see all aspects of people in the UK. A lot is left in your hands – you have the responsibility of making sure the job is done right. If you’re a person who wants more control over what you can potentially earn, this is the place – £200 a day is quite average.”
